Traditional Thai massage is without oil. Comfortable clothing is provided for the client during the session which consists of pressure point work and stretching. Our therapist will use palm, forearms, thumbs, elbows, knees and feet to manipulate the client.
Thai Deep Tissue massage is deeper in pressure using long firm strokes and the application of oil on the body. This helps in relieving stiff muscles and releases aches and pains in these muscles.
Aromatherapy massage is when the therapist uses essential oils which the client’s breathes in during the massage. Essential oils are absorbed through the skin that help to relieve stress, muscle tension and pain.
The client will be massaged and relaxed first by the therapist. Hot stones are then applied to tense areas using the heat from the stones, which will melt away tension and stress from the muscle.
Relaxing Swedish Massage uses light and soft, long and sliding strokes which help to relieve muscle tension, stiffness, stress and pain.
Thai foot massage is a treatment of the lower legs and feet that involves compression on the feet with a massage tool. This helps reduce tension, improve circulation and lymph movement in the feet and lower legs. The therapist will also use stretching techniques on the legs and feet to help to improve flexibility.
Neck, Back and Shoulder massage is a deep tissue massage for clients who want these main areas worked for tension and stress relief.
Pregnancy massage helps a mother support her body through the physiological changes.
